How small can an order be?
From a single piece to bulk. There's no hard minimum for printing & embroidery — but the more you order, the lower the per-piece price by tier.
How do I order?
Consult on WhatsApp → we help with the design (free, up to 3 revisions) → 50% min. deposit → production → shipping. You can check an initial estimate right away with the calculator on this site.
Can you ship out of town / abroad?
Yes. We regularly ship across Indonesia and are open to international shipping. Shipping cost depends on destination and courier — contact us for an estimate.
How long does production take?
It depends on quantity and design complexity. Once the design is approved and the deposit is in, we give a firm time estimate. Small orders are usually faster.
I don't have a design yet — can you help?
Of course. Our team creates a design from your idea or reference — free, with up to 3 revisions. Very complex designs may carry a price adjustment.
What fabrics are available?
Tees: cotton combed 20s/24s/30s. Polo: lacoste CVC/cotton. Shirts: american/japan drill. Jerseys: dry-fit for sublimation. Other fabrics on request.
Is the calculator price final?
It's an initial estimate based on type, quantity, and model. The final price depends on the number of print/embroidery points and design complexity — confirmed during consultation.
What about sizing?
Adult size charts XS–3XL are available, plus custom sizing on request. Length & width tolerance ±1 cm. Please check the size chart to avoid sizing errors.
